Date And Time: Fri, September 18, 2020
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EDT
Hello Everyone,
As we continue to live through the uncertainty with this pandemic, I realize the importance of reaching out to collaborate with others.
I am thrilled to let you know that I will be performing my one-woman show, A Lesbian Belle Tells OUT-rageous Southern Stories online, in partnership with a new, dynamic theater company, JOOKMS, on Friday, Sept. 18th, at 7:00 pm, EDT.
A series of conversations filled with synchronicity led me to connect with a talented Broadway experienced actor, director, singer, songwriter, Randy Redd, who co- founded this company with accomplished actor and long-time collaborator, Taylor Newby. It soon became apparent to me that JOOK and I believe in the power of storytelling and theater to help people connect with one another. I am so excited to be part of JOOK’s solo performance series! I will also be teaching an online workshop on solo performance on Sept. 19th.
